Quality Systems Management originated in October of 1998 as a sole proprietorship. The company is owned and operated by its principle, Paul A Theken.  Since its inception, QSM has supported organizations serving the automotive, aerospace, medical, agricultural and recreational industries.

QSM services steel making, metal forming, precision machining, extrusion, injection molding, plating, various assembly and distribution organizations.  Having a diverse clientele, QSM's customers range from small and mid-size companies to international corporations.

Serving clients primarily in northern Ohio and surrounding regions. Extensive consulting and contract assignments have also been throughout the continental United Sates as well as internationally in Mexico, Canada, Germany, and Japan.
