Product Management Skills?

Clear instructions & follow-up QSM helps select and assign the right people to champion clearly defined tasks within the scope of the contract.  Periodic follow-up ensures tasks remain "on track" with consistent progress for timely completion.

Locations, Travel & Costs?

Centrally located in Northeast Ohio…QSM's location provides ready access to the majority of the manufacturing in the United States.  Minutes from the Akron-Canton Airport, there is practically nowhere we can't be within a half day's time.

In addition to the man-day rates (agreed upon prior to commencement of work) QSM bills for reasonable and customary expenses at cost. The use of QSM's services, as well as any training materials or other expenses, is at the client's discretion.  Invoices are processed monthly with payment due upon receipt.
